helpful staff alcazar access clean room loud hvac fan setting room rattle
The staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave a good tip on getting alcazar access. that tip was especially nice because i could not find no tickets online. the room was clean and good.
the room hvac system was unbearably loud. it was loud even on the lowest fan setting. it got worse as you left it running cause it started to rattle.

Excellent Hotel Stay
clean room fantastic shower accessible parking
the room was super clean (a real plus!). i had a king/2 twin bed room during my one-night stay. the shower was really fantastic. the parking area is accessible directly from the hotel elevator. the hotel is located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
the room hvac system was loud even on the lowest fan setting. it started to rattle after running for a while. i had to turn it off when sleeping.
